A request comes in. You schedule it and it becomes a task. You work on it, and the time spent is automatically linked to the right client and the right mission.
Gommett already knows which client and which mission this task belongs to. Hover over a task, press ▶: the timer takes the client’s colour and records the time under the right mission. When you stop the timer, the recorded time is automatically attached to the right client.
Each client has a personal request link. They write their request, it lands in your Inbox, and you decide what happens next: schedule it, reply, or decline.
You can set an hour budget for each client.
As you work, the recorded time is deducted from that budget. When you get close to the limit, Gommett warns you. On their side, your client receives an email and an alert on their portal, and they are the one who decides: they ask for extra hours, in one click. No more hours given away without noticing.

You don’t necessarily need to give them up.
